Slot Monster

I didn't see what might be until I flipped the frame and started to join the mirrored half to the source image. As the rows of white pixels dissapeared with each click of the left arrow key, I got excited over what appeared. I'm guessing that our minds (mine anyway) look for symmetry while trying to make sense of a scene. I thought it looked cool and wanted to share it with y'all. Comments ofcourse, are welcomed. Oh, I see a T-Rex skull.

The sense of the "slot monster" comes through, for me, more strongly in the thumbnail... there seems to be more of a contrast between the darker element at the heart of the picture and the surrounding lightness. Nevertheless a striking image at full size... a stylized version of a totem done in rock is how I see your composition with various figures seen along the darkened central column (a snake... a bull... among others). This picture would look great enlarged and framed.

Nicely composed, I see the rex as well.

Wow! Really neat. I particularly like the evil "smile".

That's a huge wow. Needs to be entered in the next Nature's Best contest coming up. I think
they have a digi manipulation category or something like that. Guess I won't be posting any
of mine for awhile :-)

Wow! This is truly amazing! Very creative indeed!

This may sound silly but this actually reminds me of the monster inside the refrigerator (from the movie Ghotsbusters).

See below :o)

The sharpness and depth of field of the original photo is the reason for the success of the manipulated final image, I think. Well done.

To me it looks like a human pelvis. It's a really great shot!

It's a birds eye view of a transformer with huge muscular shoulders. When I keep looking at it, it morphs into different things. Cool!
