I like it. The setting is pretty but unusual. Not your standard: bird on a branch, bird at a feeder, etc.

I like the impressionist, graphic BG that frames the bird. Centered seems necessary to to BG.

I like how the little bird stands out in the image (especially against the background out of focus balconies), the reflective nature of the windshield to heighten the presence of the little bird in the image, and just the overall abstractive feel of the composition.
