I like the perspective... one knows it isn't the case but there is the sense that the fellow on the left is walking up the facade of the building as he does his work. The glowing metal members create a sense of flow which works to lead the eyes of the viewer through to the top worker.

Well done construction photo. The guy in the corner could've used a little more room around
his feet and maybe open the shadows a bit for some detail in his pants.

Excellent, Luka. I'm reminded of my father seeing the worker on the left. Dad was really good at construction, so I'm sure he too could have maintained that pose. ;-)

The glowing copper is wonderful
and the near silhouettes add to the drama.
