Isolation

Canon S100

While visiting the museum, I snapped a figure ,
reading alone on a bench , outside the building.
I converted to B&W , then used this bevelled frame
to intensify the feeling of isolation.

This is really a striking image of the museum and the solitary figure in the hallway of the museum. I like your use of a b&w format in the presentation of the picture, the geometric shapes found in the picture (with the beveled framing working to enhance those geometric shapes) and the sense of isolation that is created by the solitary figure (my thought is of a fly in a spider's web).

Well seen and nicely presented, good choice of B&W. This is very good!

Outstanding image for its stark tones and lines, but the border is confusing and distracting. I think a simple black border that's even all around would make it stunning.
