Taken today,late in afternoon, at Maumee Bay State Park on Lake Erie which is frozen over.

The angled lighting and the framing of the distant view across the lake work for me. Never seen a sun shelter before and it probably was never meant to be used a frame but it works for that purpose.

The snow is beautiful, I like the shadows, and the red. I love the steam plant across the lake. For that reason, I think I would crop to focus more on that, which would still leave in the beautiful snow and frame.

Rather surreal - a sun shelter (which can be reserved!)- snow on the ground and ice too - the sun is shining and that lovely light, all completed by the smoke from the distant chimney!
Love it!
