Wonderful, Ruth! Thanks!

The old pilings in the foreground and the squall line in the background really add interest to this lighthouse scene!

I like the complementary flow of the clouds and the foreground pilings and the contrast between these horizontal flows and the vertical lines of the lighthouse, the contrast between the highlighted form of the lighthouse and the background which serves to bring a 3D feel to the composition and just the nature of the setting.

Another unusual looking lighthouse. Nice job on the clouds and the pilings together. And nice lighting as well.

Another beautiful lighthouse, and another very nice photo - nicely layered and all tied up with the verticals of the pole and the lighthouse.

Nice series Ruth! I never get tired of lighthouses.
Here's a link to a whole bunch of them:

Beautiful view, I like the series of clouds...

What a jolly lighthouse with the rather jaunty colours of red and white! The pilings in the foreground add to the overall interest and composition

Nice scene, Ruth. The clouds are especially appealing.
