Photographed this barn just before noon today. We were originally supposed to only get about 4 inches last night but that was hastily changed since we received over 12" so far. This is a stitched photo from 4 separate pictures (still snowing at the time, although lightly). Taken with a Canon 20d, 28-135mm IS USM @ IS0 200, f7.1, 1/500 sec. (handheld)

A very nice image with just the white, black and red although the left side is slightly overbalanced.

The placement of the various red elements work to create a sense of flow leading the eyes of the viewer from the left to the right in the image. Those red elements really stand out in the picture when set against the white of the snow and the green trees.

I really like this panoroma. Nice contrast between the bright red of the structures and the soft whites.

"me too" to Michael's comment about white vs red.

Love the red in contrast to the white snow and the trees. My only suggestion might be next time to include more foreground to give it more of a sense of depth. You did a great job stitching it all together, and you've inspired me to try to do this sometime soon.

Super pano, but would be better balanced by cropping off the left as close to the evergreen tree as you can get.

This is a very beautiful rural winter scene, Bryan. Just wonderful. I love the panoramic presentation, too.

great shot and good stictching job-it makes me yearn for a snow day around here

this is probably the most snow we've had in a while. I think we're over 40" so far for the season, which is pretty good since we only get about 77" or so, and winter has just started. thanks again everyone for all the comments!

This is a great shot and the stitching done to perfection Bryan!
We've not had any snow in my part of the U.K so far this winter.
