Lady Slipper

55-250 lens, hand held. Found some lady slippers during my usual walk at the park. The background could be better though. Thanks.;-)

I think the background works well with the lady slippers... the contrast, for me, brings a 3D quality to the image which along with the sense of texturing from the lady slippers and the clarity of detailing creates a visually eye-catching image.

Very elegant. How could the background be any better? There's something about it
you don't like even though IMO it's excellent. Maybe if it was all black but that's
probably a rare background for flowers.

Beautiful! I think the background provides a perfect backdrop. Perhaps I'm in the minority, but I've never been a fan of blank, empty backgrounds...

That bloom looks like a heart! Or even a pair of lungs. Well done capture and nice light.
