I like the saturated feel of the colors of the wood slatting, the contrast between that saturated color and that of the icicles, and the sense of flow that is evoked by the wooden facade and complemented by that of the icicles. Looks like an interesting site for photographing but do watch your step as you walk around the area.

This is outstanding. The pattern of the boards and diminishing perspective is excellent as is the intersection of the two railings. I'd crop a little from the right side to get rid of the gap between first and second boards.

A pleasing intersection of patterns, textures, and colors.

Now your thinking, Now you are starting to see. I would follow Jeff's advise on this one. It's a good un. (I think it is also time you invest and start working in Photoshop)

Your capturing that wonderful color in addition to never-ending ice is pleasing and different.

This looks like the same location as another recent picture of yours - it's really GREAT Julie! I take Jeff's point about the gap, but I love the colours in the fence - you were very lucky to find this and take advantage of it.

It looks cold...and slippery! Very nice composition, strong colours and great exposure.

Agree with all the above. Very nice - colors, composition, texture - all to like.
