I like the panoramic view taking in both the seascape and the houses on the shoreline, the perspective with a relatively high horizon line and bringing a strong visual feel to the foreground seashore setting and with the houses set against the lightness of the sky, and the sense of loneliness that is evoked by the setting (just seabirds and no people visible). I would imagine this area is susceptible to the seasonal storms blowing in off the Atlantic.

The panoramic view is great and the colours of the houses on the left really pop out. Good Work!

Steve, wonderful job! This is a truly great photograph and conveys so much emotion connected to the ocean and beach. Brings back many memories for me and others I'm sure. Love all the birds and the reflection of the sky on the water on the beach. My only humble suggestion would be to possibly crop out the house left of the salmon colored house, or possibly even crop out that house and the salmon house. When I look at it without the salmon house, the colors of the other houses come out more and complement each other. The salmon doesn't really complement the other colors, so you might try it without it, unless, of course, you really like the addition of that salmon color to the overall photograph. Just an opinion, but thought i'd share it. Love the photo and wouldn't mind having it up on my wall framed.

Yes, this is a beautiful design. I would not crop the house on left though, because the salmon would be a distraction on the edge of the frame, I think. Also, I like the salmon house included because it balances the picture nicely. The rosiness is echoed nicely in the sand. Perfect as is. Don't change a thing or I'll have to come after you! 8-)

Good one Steve. I don't see a need to change anything. I like the sense of vastness and emptiness, and the general painterly feel to the image.

Very appealing, Steve. I feel invited to go for a walk along the sand.

A nice feel and a very nice look. One for someone's wall for sure.

Beautiful image. I love all the colorful little houses on the beach. Definately would be a good
one to hang, for sure.

Ok..I love it! I KNOW! I love ALL your beach scenes.;0) But this one is different because you have included the cottages. I hope you do not change anything. It is perfect the way it is. Beautiful. Kenny and I have had a couple of very nice stays on Topsail, so this brings back nice memories...in fact, now you've got me looking through my photos and I may post one of my own Topsail shots. This is definately a HANGER!
