Your Wolfville picture reminds me of my youth living on Fraser Street on the south slope of Vancouver, B.C. The neighbourhood movie and the local hangout... times that have simply slipped away into our memories in most cases. I like the strong colors and texturing which are particularly effective set against a black background.

I like this -- the colors, textures and composition are all very nice.
Echoing Jan's comments, it reminds me a little of the downtown of my
youth. Where is this, btw?

I really like the detail in the texture. I agree with Jan about how it is very nostalgic, have you considered doing the picture in black and white or sepia to add a little bit of timelessness to the image?

THis is a Cadegan image ? Never would have guessed. Great looking place. LOve that Theater sign. We still go to the old theater in Selkirk, but it has no great sign like the Acadia.
