I like it. It has a bit of a high key/soft look to it. I think cloning the red person in the background might be better though. Overall, it's very nice.;-)

Great smile. Great light. I like the tilt of her head and the very soft background. If mine
I'd probably get rid of the beach walker. Arguable but IMO it would be better if her chin
wasn't so close to the edge of the frame. Show a little shoulder. That gives her head
some foundation.

Great eyes (with the catchlights enhancing the quality of the eyes) which hold the attention of the viewer. The diffused background (less the red figure on the left) works to create a sense of place in the mind of the viewer... at the beach.

Thank you so much for the great critiques and compliments! Definitely agree about the red figure you all mentioned ... I need to pay more attention to the little details like that when editing my photos. Also Jeff Dye -- completely agree about the chin! Every since I read your comment I couldn't stop looking at it wishing I had gotten a little more shoulder at the bottom! And thank you for the compliments! Loved reading your guys' input!

Quality looks good enough just to crop into a portrait format and in so doing loose the red figure

I'm with Jeff on the chin. Nice shot but hard to believe it was taken at ISO 100. Too grainy in my view.
