I'm seeing something other than a Sea Urchin here. Lots of something other. LOL!

On a more serious note, another great macro Sandi! Caught that detail real nice!

Your macro image of the sea urchin is especially striking when set against a black background page color. I like the detailing, the colors and the sense of texturing that comes through in the picture. Also there is an abstractive feel to the composition which elevates the image to more than just a photograph of a sea urchin.

Great patterns and texture. Would even better if it filled the frame IMO. Was there a reason
for leaving the space on the left?

A most interesting pattern. Lovely shapes and colours too.

Striking. Like an object from space. Sensual. Reminds me of breasts.

Nice delicate colors and textures. I like it as is, with the depth and sense of the shell's shape provided by the empty left side, and I would also like a more abstract version, according to Jeff's suggestion.

Another killer image, Sandi, this one's perfect, I wouldn't change a thing. I'm amazed by the sharpness and details.
