Grain trucks

Time for spring seeding.

Some PS to add saturation and softness.

You were very lucky with the colours of those trucks Linda!
Classical 'S' composition with the type tracks leading up to the horizon line.

One can image the farmers as children playing with toy trucks moving to the real life of farming. Good perspective taken in the image with the trackage in the soft dirt helping to lead the eyes of the viewer to the trucks.

Great catch. I just love how the tracks bring you right into the picture.

I like the treatment you've given this.

The tracks bring texture and a lead line to the sibjects, which are eyecatching. It would be nice if one of them had started moving back down the hill.

The leading lines work well to lead the eye into the picture and the soft focus effect makes the photgraph. I like the "tension" between the red and blue trucks.

I like it all, too, Linda. I like the effect after your PS work.

the soft treatment is quite effective as are the lines drawing my into the photo. at first i thought my eyes were failing me... i might be tempted to take a little off the top.

Nice composition and, as Rick said, the trucks look like toys. The treatment done for softness and texture works very fine.

Very nice. Reminds me of the days on the farm. love the color arrangement.

Very beautiful composition, great balance, great color, great detail. Very sober as most of your pictures. I haven't been able to comment on many of your pictures, but I've been wanting to tell you that I admire your work very much, you have a sense of simplicity that reminds me of far east, a sense I hope to achieve. keep it up and thank you much for taking the time to comment.

the added softness gives this a nice effect-good eye to have captured this

I like the composition and color, I'm not sure I like the softness.

Seems that you have added a bit of Orton to good effect. Love the red and blue plus those great tracks.

You make agricultural/industrial machinery poetic.

Linda, I’m amazed that you could take what I would consider “bad light” and do what you did with it here. Your eye for the image and your ability to compose a balanced picture seems to be what pulls it together. Of course you have a tremendous eye for colour – you love the contrasts as this and Splash and Window Art all show. I’m studying your images to learn what I can. Thanks for posting them.
