Near Whistler, BC

Over the bridge, through the woods, across a railroad track and to the cliff's edge led to these lovely falls. They are 70 meters high according to the signs. It took a couple of visits to get the falls all in shade. Terrible to complain about sunshine!

There is a definite sense of vertical flow captured in your image of Brandywine Falls and I like that touch of aquamarine at the foot of the falls (a Google finds the river flows off an icefield).

It was well worth it to me that you went over the river and through the woods to the very edge for photographic excellence! Could you feel the spray? Well-done.

I can just hear the roar of all that heavy water tumbline down into more water. Good combination of "lumpy" water and misty water.

The fall of the water has produced that lovely misty effect at the base. Hope you didn't have to walk too far!

Worth the trip! Beautiful falls...I like the skinny mouth and the depth of the falls. Good work Linda!;-)
