That's nice. Very, veyr nice. I like the framing of the trees there, and the exposure is spot on (um is this an HDR?) right to that misty place at the background.

I like your use of the fallen tree to connect the right and left sides of the setting (sort of a flow there with the eyes being carried back and forth), the lighting (with the slight misting in the distance), and the tranquil feel of the setting... one just wants to pull up a stump (or a rock) and sit down and feel the coolness along the stream.
