That red barn really jumps out in the snowy setting. The picture is especially striking when set against a black background which complements both the red of the barn and the white snow.

Nice framing, delicate image... :)

Since I was traumatized by having to bus it during our unsually large, pre Xmas snowstorm I'm having a hard time enjoying any snow shots these days :) But if I put my prejudices aside I can enjoy the classic feel to this shot.

Nice composition - well balanced with great contrast.

Very nice. I especially like the twisted tree.

I'm sure there's some great photography in snow country if the photogs that live in it would just bundle up and get out in it. Brave talk for one from sunny Los Angeles County. So congrats for getting out. Nice scene. Something ugly on the left that needed to be hidden by cutting off some of the barn?

Jeff, re the cutoff barn: No problem there. This crop was the balance that I was looking for.

Superb shot, that barn almost jumps out of the monitor!

John just said it all very well. I agree!

Lovely snowfall which ties the barn and the tree together.

Wonderful! I almost want to be there if not for the cold ;-)

I love the dominance of the Red. Beautiful scene, for sure.
