Comments by Jan Bjorklund on Fri, 01/27/12 15:47 I like both of your captures of the owl with each owl standing out strongly in the image set against the background. I particularly like the second image with both yellow eyes of the owl being visible to the viewer. A black background works well with both pictures.

Comments by Jan Bjorklund on Sat, 01/28/12 11:07 The last shot is the best in my mind of the three (though I would be proud to have taken any of these photographs) with the yellow eyes of the owl showing up so clearly with the contrast between the owl and the diffused feel of the background bringing a 3D feel to the image. Comments by Linda Frey on Sat, 01/28/12 11:49 Great to see it in flight. It looks very small, and a little odd with its round white face, almost bigger than the rest of it. Comments by Mo Fridlich on Sat, 01/28/12 12:16 Love # 3, but the inflight shot is also special. Comments by les perry on Sat, 01/28/12 13:58 Quite a bit of PS work to rescue this one from barbed wire etc

Comments by Casey Szocinski on Sun, 01/29/12 05:54 Each one is a wonderful shot. Third is my favorite. To me, it begs to be a vertical. Comments by Jeff Dye on Sun, 01/29/12 09:04 All are outstanding but #3 is truly exceptional. I like the warm tones of the owl in contrast
