I like the quality of the lighting and how the details of the individual fruit is drawn out in the image, the sense of texturing that comes through once again from the individual fruit and the contrast between the various fruits and the background which works to bring a 3D feel to the composition.

Excellent shot Nathan - love the soft directional lighting which separates the fruits and also enables the textures to come through. The darkening of the top corners keeps in the interest intact.
Do you scan your negs from the Hasselblad to make digital prints? - or are you still in the darkroom?
