Comments by Ruth Rittichier on Sun, 08/15/10 09:16 Here's the Toledo Harbor lighthouse up close in all its glory. It sits well out in Lake Erie.
Comments by Ruth Rittichier on Sun, 08/15/10 09:17 Oh, I forgot. Please note the ghost in the upper left window. Comments by Jan Bjorklund on Sun, 08/15/10 09:32 I like the opening picture with the tall ship sailing past the lighthouse.
Comments by Pietro Cecchi on Sun, 08/15/10 12:09 The splendid series of lighthouses is over, the tall ships' one

Comments by kathrn on Mon, 08/16/10 15:10 Love the ghost, Ruth, we have an old lighthouse nearby that used to be used for Halloween, they take ppl out at night and try to make it scary.
Comments by Maria Salvador on Thu, 08/19/10 10:21 Very nice. It beautifully ends your lighthouse series. Is that snow on the roof? Comments by els mo on Thu, 08/19/10 14:13 Congratulations on your 500th post, Ruth!
Comments by Ruth Rittichier on Thu, 08/19/10 21:29 Thanks, Mo. Publish? Don't think so. I once made a little book at a seminar led by Russell Brown from Adobe. You printed the photos onto this looooong strip of paper, then folded it into a book. Very clever. Mine was of some of my lighthouses. That's the full extent of my being published. ;-) See Photo. Ruth
Comments by Paul Cooper on Sat, 08/21/10 22:33 Quite a feat congratulations. In the OP the I'd clone out the green buoy. The ship is magnificent full sails and flags flying. Very nice 500'th post. Comments by Paul Bracey on Sat, 04/28/12 20:00 This caps off your light house series nicely. Great series. The book looks like a real collectors item! |
