Wonderful closeup of the sparrows seemingly dancing in the air... I like the sense of motion created by the blurring of the feathers, the catchlights in the eyes of the sparrows which works to bring the little birds to life before my very eyes and the contrast between the sparrows and the diffused feel of the background which helps to make them stand out strongly in the image.

This is a wonderful nature shot. You stopped the birds head& bodies cold, the wings showed motion and the rest was so blurred and did not distract. WishI took it!!!

Nice action shot, well caught! The birds are tac-sharp & motion blur works well.

Fabulous! I'm curious as to the technical details.

Very nicely done! Too bad the bottom bird is cut off, but I still like it as it is anyway.;-)

Excellent... :)
But are they really sparrows?

Thanks all for commenting. Dan f6.3 at 500/sec +5 comp, hand held at
200mm no flash. This was pre-focused, would have been sharper with a
flash, but the flash stressed them out.
