I like the idea and colours but it's not balanced enough for me. If this
is the only one you have to work with I'd crop to square and play with
the positions within the square.

There's too much empty space in the one area. Cropping square would be more frame
filling or you could crop into a vertical. I like the soft background but it might be more
interesting with a soft breeze and slow shutter speed.

I would agree with the suggestion of eliminating the empty space and filling the image as much as possible with the wind chimes. I find myself wanting to saturate the colors more but perhaps that is just a personal preference. One can almost hear the rustling of the chimes in a soft breeze.

Very nice!

I don't mind the negative space in the first -- and I think you went a tad too far with the crop in the 2nd. I do prefer the color in the 2nd.
