Somewhere between heaven and that other place. The bottom seems so far away based on the size of the individuals to left of Johnny O' while the top must seem so far away to the climber.

Speaking of tiny climbers, here's a shot of my son Ryan belaying me on
the second pitch of Big Kat... (I'm at about the same spot where John
is in the OP)

Much different feel with this perspective... you look a long way up on the ice creature with its arms spread wide.
