This appears a lot darker then what I had composed. Sorry,
guess its time to re-calibrate my monitor. Thanks for
viewing and have a great day

One loves the vivid hues of the fall foliage but one is blue that all that color is going to disappear into an indescribable mush and then we are left with a monochromatic world for months to come. Or at least that is the sense I get from your image.

I think it is a thing of beauty, Greg.
To be quite honest, I never calibrate my monitor. Everything always looks dandy on my
iMac. Should I worry that I miss something important by not calibrating?

With a Mac you do not have to calibrate. With Microsoft you have to
calibrate. Lucky you. And I have re-calibrated. Thanks for your
comment Els !!

I like the darkness of it. Everything is still visible and I like the
sharp details that can be made out. And the colors you chose are
terrific.

We are used to seeing in the distance the radiant blues and oranges of sky and land masses. You have brought those colors to beneath our feet and made them radioactive. Very creative!

This looks even better on my monitor at work.
