A combination of Nik and Flaming Pear to create an abstraction. I enjoy the exercise but most of the time what is created is visual mush and deleted but once in a while I achieve something that I like either for the form or for the color.

So the flame like feel from the children's slide at the Forks quite appealed to me.

Abstract art is amazing especially when it comes down to how it's perceived by people as compared to photo editing programs. In your
original OP the editing program was able to extract a flame effect which I would have not visualized. I perceived the original photo of
the slides as waves in the ocean. I like your OP, maybe clean up a few of the red spots. Good Job.

started initially as shadows and reflected red color in a window front display which created the sense of an alligator for me

Those balloons are hypnotic...drawing me into another world

from today

I started the image with the intent of creating a flying saucer out of a light on a parking lot but I ended up here with the sense of cartoon human ears and so I retained the shadowy black areas to the right and left which create, for me, a sense of human figures in the shadows.
