Forgot To Go South

Nikon D7000, f/6.3, 270mm zoom, 1/800sec, ISO-400

While out for an early morning Christmas stroll, I came across some snowbirds and squirrels feasting on sunflower seeds which someone was kind
enough to leave for them.

Thankfully someone provided for these wild creatures so they will not go hungry.

I always like the catch lights in the eyes of the photographed creatures which serves to bring them to life for me.

The OP is a good sharp shot except the tail is cut off a bit. The squirrel shot is cute too.;-)
