I was crossing the Red River this past weekend watching the high water and the current in the river when I took this picture of the flow.

I was thinking of the reflective compositions that Luka Ban has posted at PC over the years and thought I would try to capture something similar... fingers crossed on that one.

I liked the result with the distorted view of what I take to be the underside nature of the bridge.

An image taken a few days earlier from another bridge over the Red as the last of the ice was breaking up. I thought there was a school of fish swimming under the ice but I would imagine in reality it was air pockets as the ice weakened with the warmer temperatures.

The OP is a standout with the designs, the 2nd image my 2nd favorite.

While the first four images were taken either from the Disraeli Bridge or the Norwood Bridge this image was taken from the Esplanade Riel Pedestrian Bridge.

The red reflection is the harbour marker at Forks Harbour in Winnipeg.

With the high flood water where the duck is swimming would be part of the walkway for us humans.
