Your photograph puts one in the mind of the movie the Hitchcock movie, The Birds. IMO the market area could've been left out with the woman/pigeons making up the composition with no other distractions. Then I would've swung my camera to the right for pigeons and market place. Agree with Jeff about the composition but shooting the market area by itself seems like a good place as well.;-)
