Comments by Jan Bjorklund on Fri, 03/23/12 19:39 The intense look of the bald eagle makes this image for me while there is a hot feel on the top of the head of the eagle as well on the left side of the bird's head with some lose of detailing in the eagle's plumage. The contrast between that of the eagle and the black background serves to bring a 3D feel to the picture. I find the light is too bright which has caused the white of the feather to be overexposed and lost of details. A softer light would have been better for shooting.
