I decided to trade this Gerbera Daisy for the current calla lily. I had a few hot spots on it, and because of the wind could not for the life of me hold the diffuser! But I thought the colors were pretty. Thanks Ken and Jeff for commenting on this one earlier!

A little tight in framing (LH edge needs more space to subject), a little over exposed but a good attempt that's almost there. I like the unique composition.

Ditto the left side. There's always an exception here and there but flowers generally look best in soft light. The colors are more vibrant and you don't get the hot highlights you have here. A circular diffuser isn't very expensive and acts just like a cloud when held between the flower and direction of light. They come in different circular diameters and collapse for easy transport.
