As I look at your composition of the Louvre seen through the glass of the Pyramid I have the feeling of a spider in its web and I'm trapped at this point as the body of the spider rises from the bottom of the image to fill the image with its presence. Not having been to the Louvre I think the sight of it would create this very same feeling in my mind as for a fly trapped in a webbing... the sense of inevitability at the approaching entity.

I like the cobweb effect. A different viewpoint, nicely graphic.
