An interesting overview of the harbour. I want to crop out much of the featureless sky, crop from the left and right edges to exclude the boats that have been cut off by the edge of the picture and finally to crop out the foreground buildings and simply go with the remaining boats at anchor with the palm trees forming the bottom edge of the picture. What remains I would add a thin black border to along with a following white border and just look at with every day as the snow and cold persists outside my apartment window.

there doesn't really seem to be a strong focus point in this picture...
I would have perhaps focused more tightly on the boats and then maybe use a large aperture to throw the other aspects out of focus. Here nothing seems to be in really sharp crisp focus.
