Cooling off in Bangkok

The river they are swimming in is called Chao Phraya it runs through the city of Bangkok. It has a dark muddy color and if you or I were to swim in it, we'd be dead from the bacteria. The boys did make it inviting though in the 100 degree heat.

Slice of life feel to the summer time composition. Is that a swing the boy on the left is holding... just cannot quite make it out...

Yes Jan, the rope is tied to a tree limb. These boys were having a great time swinging out on the rope. I was standing on a bridge over looking them. Trouble is, there are very little parks for these kids to play in. Space is so tight with 64 million people living in Bangkok, compared to Montreal with a little over 3 million.

No matter the place, children will do their own to have a good time!
