Lighthouse in Winter 2

A slighly different view of the lighthouse with more water and flat rock in the foreground.

Once again a black background color enhances the image... complements the color while heightening the detailing in the picture. The rock formation in the foreground leads the eyes of the viewer to the lighthouse with the contrast between that of the lighthouse and the soft grey clouds helps to make the lighthouse stand out quite strongly in the image.

Love the patterns and texture of the rocks Sandi, and so beautifully
composed.

Lovely. The rocks may show evidence of over-sharpening.

Sandi, I like this photo even more than the last lighthouse photo.

LOvely Image, Sandi. Excellent choice on your shooting position. Like Linda maybe a touch over sharpened for the gama of the image. Maybe a touch of multiply in photoshop, prior to your sharpening.
