Of your three postings I find your composition of the guide is the most striking. I like the b&w format, the quality of the light highlighting the man's features and the nature of this pose (the arm held tight to the body with the pointing finger as if he is ready to make a point while talking). I wish the quality of the light had been such that there had been more separation with the man's head and the background and that he man's head was turned ever so slightly towards the viewer with the light on the right side of the man's face extending further to the left bringing the other eye out of the shadows. Setting the picture against a grey background (left click the picture cycles one through a white, grey and black background page color) helps to enhance the dramatic feel of the portraiture.

Strong portrait, pervaded by a sense of urgency and drama, Miroslav...:)
Very good usage of B&W to enhance the character.
