A more-successful second attempt

Camera:Panasonic DMC-G5 16MP Micro43
Lens: LUMIX G VARIO 14-42/F3.5-5.6

Unfortunately, I do not have any of the EXIF data from the
photo, so I am unsure what the settings were from when I
originally took the picture.

Suffice to say, I was walking around at night and had
decided to take some photos. I tried a similar style in a
prior photo, but it ended up being blurred due to handheld
long-exposure.

I think there is a loss of detail present in the image...
but I really like the colors and perspective present.
Especially how the railing is close up in the bottom left,
and the buildings are distant in the top right, while the
middle slips across with bending light rays.

To be honest I can't remember which setting creates the
effect... I believe low aperture with long exposure. Anyway,
comment away! :)

I like a cropped version out of the heart of the image (without the white sign on the right and ending where the lights of the vehicles becomes quite over exposed and white). Now here at the heart there is a pleasing abstractive feel created by the lights of the vehicles which also retains a paintlike quality which is equally appealing to me.

Pretty cool! Was this also hand-held? If so, pretty impressive.

@Jan Bjorklund
How is this Jan?

@Jacky
This was a hand-held shot, at 15 seconds S.S. I believe. I placed the
camera on a overpass side-railing which overlooked the highway... :)
