Campanile di Giotto (Giotto's Bell Tower)

I attempted to straighten the verticals and didn't like the result; seemed unnatural. I decided to leave the converging lines.

Giotto's Campanile on the Piazza Duomo.

There are two separate pictures here for me. The left with the wet pavement picking up the light from the cloudy sky and the dark silhouetted figures adding a moody feel while on the right side there is Giotto's Bell Tower with its distinct architectural styling. A black background color works well with this image... together or separated into two images.

Nice complex composition,
well balanced elements,
somewhat of a «rich» Rembrandt type lighting.
Nice feeling
