Falling Apart

Single Peonies are very far and few between, with mainly the double ones
being available. Therefore whenever I see them they find their way home with
me. Much to my surprise I recently discovered that in the language of
flowers Peonies stand for 'anger'!

Nicely rendered treatment of the peony. I like the contrast between the darkened background (further enhanced with the background color of the page being converted to black) and the flowers and vase, the clarity of detailing and the paintlike feel of the composition. I also like the reflection appearing at the bottom of the image.

Love the shiny petals, and everything that everyone else has said. Very nice design.

Very nice indeed. If it were mine I would have given a bit more room at the top though.;-)
