I like the toning in the image (especially along the bottom with the dark water and the lightness of the plant growth on the water). The slight reflective nature of the water adds to the visual appeal for me.

Just flat out terrific! A wonderful composition, and excellent print, or scan that encompasses a full range of values. Hassle-bads rule!

I do like the composition and light and contrast. However, it seems
very un-sharp, maybe due to compression...

Again, another very nice composition. Feels a bit too high contrast but
that's probably a fault of the image size. I'm sure that Hasse' shows
plenty of detail in those light areas.
