I do like the abstractive feel created by the combination of the night time sky and the earthly clouds. There is the sense of something bursting out of the night time sky into our world. Miss so much of that night time sky by living in the city with all of its light pollution. I like this image set against a black background.

Excellent work. The dark band across the center of the milky way is
caused by clouds of interstellar gas that block out the starlight
behind.

Very impressive, Paul.
Just read about gravitational waves:

scientists-finally-found-them
So mindboggling what is out there.
