Comments by Jan Bjorklund on Wed, 09/07/16 14:46 I like the sense of cascading flow that is created by both hydrangeas and the green leaves with the added plus of the delicate colors and the sense of texturing (especially from the green leaves). Comments by Michael Meek on Wed, 09/07/16 15:05 I read that hyrdrangeas turn into "ghosts" because the soil beneath them is not acidic enough, so this year I mixed in some acidifying fertilizer. Got ghosts anyway, so now I am trying to appreciate that color. It looks better here with your treatment, Sandi! Nice shading all around, even the leaves.
