After 2 years Christkindlmarkt has returned to my apartment complex bringing with it a sense that the Christmas has begun. Since I moved to my current address Christmas starts with Christkindlmarkt (or German Christmas Festival) on the last days of November. There is light, music, food and a range of goods to buy.

I've always liked this picture of the fellow singing in the McDermot Avenue Baptist Church choir while holding his son.

Christkindlmarkt seems to be a great way to start off the Christmas

I was hoping this fellow from Wood by Whimsy would turn up at the return of the German Christmas to Fort Garry Place... not to be so an image from his last appearance in 2014.

Specially love the liveliness of Crowds of Shoppers, the tenderness on the OP and the blur of Indonesian dancers, but the whole series is colorful and nice.
