Tracks In Snow

A wonderful sense of peacefulness is created by the long shadows and sunlit snow with the vertical lines of the tree trunks serving almost as a wall to stop one from entering the snow covered landscape to break that sense of peacefulness.

The main tracks diagonally through the image have been there a while I would think... perhaps a deer... but then I noticed some small tracks towards the lower right and one imagines either a bird or a small rodent created them.

Thanks Jan. The larger tracks are snowed in pretty well, but there
are lots of tiny tracks too. Here are some fresh tracks...
